Using left over sauce from the “Spaghetti Bolognaise” recipe, this end of the week meal is a novelty and almost like eating take away. There are no rules for filling it! And moderate the spice depending on taste. A healthy, balanced meal, without the fuss.

Ingredients
- Wholemeal Lebanese bread or packet of soft tortillas.
- 3 cups meat sauce
- 1 cup or large ladle Chunky Tomato Sauce
- ½ can red kidney beans.
- 1/2 tsp ground hot paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 avocado
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 cup grated tasty cheese.
- 4 lettuce leaves or a large handful of rocket; washed and chopped
- 2 fresh tomatoes, washed and sliced.
Method
- Cook spices in a pot on heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in kidney beans, both sauces and stir until warmed.
- Lay out bread on aluminum foil pieces.
- Add sauce, avocado, carrot, cheese, fresh tomato and lettuce.
- Wrap bread first, by tucking one end of the bread in before rolling. Then roll the foil around it.
Notes:
You can warm bread in microwave to freshen it up and make it easier to serve.
