Always creating a safe and nurturing environment for not only the children but for the staff too! Her ability to listen, provide constructive feedback, and offer encouragement fosters both personal and professional growth. Miss Bianca's genuine care for her team ensures that everyone feels valued and supported, making her not only an excellent director but also a true mentor. She started attending when she was just 3 months old. Initially, I was nervous, but after meeting the staff I am completely comfortable and happy with the care provided. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been wonderful; they genuinely care and keep everyone well-informed through the Storypark app of their little one’s day. Bianca, the center director, is amazing. She makes everyone feel so welcome and does a fantastic job running the center. It’s wonderful to see her hands-on with the children, too. My daughter is now 6 months old and as happy as can be! I highly recommend Piptree Tanah Merah to anyone looking for an outstanding daycare for their little ones! Read more
