I had the pleasure of completing my placement at [bambini Brighton], and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported by the team. The environment is nurturing, inclusive, and clearly focused on the well-being and development of every child. A special mention goes to Amanda, the coordinator, who made a lasting impression on me. She is not only kind and approachable but also extremely talented in her role. Amanda leads with warmth and professionalism, and her passion for early childhood education shines through in everything she does. She was always willing to share her knowledge, offer guidance, and encourage my learning throughout the placement. Watching Amanda work with both children and educators was truly inspiring. Her ability to connect with each child and adapt to their individual needs taught me a lot about what it means to be an effective and compassionate educator. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to learn in such a positive and supportive setting.
