It is clear that Megan is not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also incredibly warm, patient, and attentive my child’s needs. Our little one settled in quickly and absolutely loves going every day. Megan creates a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. She plans a great balance of fun activities, from creative crafts and story time to outdoor play and learning games. We’ve noticed such positive changes in our child’s social skills, confidence, and even early learning development since joining her care. We also really appreciate how communicative and transparent Megan is—she always keeps us updated and shares highlights from the day, which gives us peace of mind and makes us feel like we’re part of the journey too. Our child has been attending for 3 months now and we are very happy with the consistency of staff within the rooms, whilst being proactive in slowly introduce new key staff as part of the transition plan into the next room. Sign in/ out process is secure and quick, with casual days available throughout the month when we’ve needed 1 or 2. Hoping we can see our child grow through the rooms here so she can enjoy all the nature play outdoor areas. Read more
