This has been our first experience of childcare and the team here have been fantastic. They have been incredibly helpful and engaging, sometimes the difficult conversations they handle well and as early years educators and leaders, they genuinely do have the desire to bring out the best in the children. Most importantly they work WITH YOU AND US the parents tp see how best they can support the child/children tp be their better selves. We need to acknowledge that they are NOT there to be parents but rather there to support and guide the children and make their experiences in the centre enjoyable. They have done this tremendously well and as subjective as our experiences are individually, I believe if you treat all our educators with respect and teach your children to treat them equally with the same level of respect, it builds a healthy relationship between the parents, the children and the educators. Thank you to Lorraine, Jemma, Miss V, Euphiria and the entire team there for working exceptionally hard to ensure our children are comfortable and enjoying their experiences. PS... Talk to your educators, be honest about your children's development and challenges and engage with them. They are there after all to support you. Read more
