Still waitibg to sign incident reports when he was in their care. Also they were in breech of a few things - no 5 min sids cot checks fone for under 6mth, and no qualified educator in the nursery room (only trainees). Will be chasing up the Ombudsman, as i reported them after speaking witb the director and then she was gone with no word less than a week later. Area manager seems to have had the same happen. Admin. Alot of staff disappear and not heard about again. Ive heard others have issues with their CCS due to incorrect billing from here (i also have them now telling me i have fees when my son was immediately withdrawn from care). Ive not come across a daycare as bad as EduKare. Oh also heard about kids escaping the outdoor play area (unnoticed by educators).
