We focus on the wholesome development of the individual child in a faith centred environment which nurtures each child in acquiring a love for learning.

The moment I walked in for a tour I knew everlearn was the right fit for my child and I wish I found everlearn sooner, from someone who works in the early years learning sector myself, Everlearn is the epitome of what a early learning service should be. From the amazing dedicated caring educators, events, learning and so on everlearn goes above and beyond. The Director Nicola Delaney is one of the most down to earth kind hearted person Ive met always with a smile on her face, always ready for a chat! Mr Alex Spencer is very informative and welcoming, always up for a 30 minute discussion 😂 The whole staff are just so welcoming with a smile on their face and happy to be there which as a parent gives you relief! Dear Nada, Thank you for your recent review. We take all feedback seriously and are disappointed that our relationship with you and your family ended in a way that you feel did not meet your expectations despite our efforts to resolve your concerns. We completely understand your frustration regarding your fees in relation to Centrelink's Child Care Subsidy (CCS) system. We know how frustrating this system can be and we are big advocates for early education being financially accessible for all families. As we did in your case, we make every possible effort to help families navigate the often complex CCS system. As previously discussed, we honestly made every effort to explain this system to you and your husband and how the relevant discounts (including Start Strong funding) were applied directly to your account. We even went as far as having the Department of Education review the matter. We apologise that we were not able to explain this to your satisfaction but can assure you that every possible discount and subsidy was passed on to you in full. We also want to clarify that, yes we do charge for public holidays, and that this is a standard practice across the industry, as staffing costs are still incurred and this allows us as a small independent preschool to ensure that we can continue to provide the level of early education that exceeds the National Quality Standard and that we have developed such a good reputation for in Sydney's South West community. We are very transparent about this and make it clear to all families before they enrol at Everlearn. We strive to be a supportive and flexible preschool, and it saddens us that despite our continued efforts to accommodate your family, we weren't able to fully meet your needs. We wish you and your children all the best in finding a early education solution that works well for you. Sincerely, Alex and the Everlearn Prestons Team

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
