When you've had a big day, or week, and you're ready to pull through the drive-through, stop. Remember you have ‘One sauce. Seven recipes’ at home and a bag of pasta. It's quicker, it's way more cost effective and you're not about to compromise on nutrition!
Pasta Neapolitan is super easy, and there's no real recipe needed.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of chunky tomato sauce
- Pasta shells
- Mozzarella or parmesan
Method
Simply heat up three cups of the Chunky Tomato Sauce, add some fresh herbs – basil, thyme or oregano, toss with cooked shell pasta, and top with mozzarella.
Nothing left in the tank, no stress!
This is the ultimate ‘I really have nothing left in me’ meal, that doesn’t compromise on nutrition or taste. Optionally add Kalamata olives, sliced red capsicum, sliced zucchini or whatever veggies your kids will not make a fuss over so the stress-free theme of the meal can continue.
Pasta hack
If you haven’t got time to cook pasta on the stove, just boil some water, put pasta shells and hot water in a pot & let it sit. In around 15 minutes it should be cooked.
