Jenelle and her team have been supportive, patient, very caring and kind from beginning. My child started on toddler room February this year. I was very anxious as I knew he will be difficult to settle . However he bonded with one of the educators Yuan straightaway from day 1 . She is amazing and I am grateful for her genuine care and gentle approach. He has since bonded with all other educators, adores them all and he enjoys beings there.

Kinder haven has a great orientation process. Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Has a great app to keep parents up to date... Kinder haven has a great orientation process. Has a great app to keep parents up to date throughout the day which helps with any anxiety or worries (especially in the early days when your child/children first start attending). Is a great location within close proximity to a primary school which they are aligned with. Secure and clean with great outdoor play areas and a great variety of food options for each different day. Flexible and accomodating for shift working parents. Have had a positive experience since commencement and children are loving making new friends and forming great relationships with staff and look forward to going to care/kinder.

It has always been very important to me that my daughter feels happy and excited to go to childcare every morning, without stress... It has always been very important to me that my daughter feels happy and excited to go to childcare every morning, without stress or hesitation. and thanks to the wonderful management and caring, dedicated staff, that’s exactly the case. It’s clear that my 21-month-old is truly happy there. I always take time to read the daily plans and updates, and I’m really impressed by the quality of the educational and play based activities they provide. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and enriching environment!

My son started in the nursery room at 6 months old, and it has definitely eased the anxiety of returning to work being able to see at drop off that he is welcomed and genuinely cared for. The ladies in the room have the magic touch with him, and i receive personal updates throughout the week on his play and development. Very grateful to Aazam and the nursery team for their support.

My daughter started here 2 months ago and I could not be more blown away by this centre! From the minute I met Amanda I knew we were in good hands. My daughter was comfortable straight away and wakes up excited to go, the teachers have made her feel safe straight away and plan the most creative and interesting days for them. Amanda and Sharliene are both absolutely awesome and I’m very grateful to get to leave my daughter with them. Communication, cleanliness and dedication to providing creative learning all 10/10. So happy to have found this centre and can’t wait for my second to get to start. Thank you team!

We have been so happy with KinderHaven 1 this year, especially with our son starting in the nursery. The staff have given weekly updates about his progress and achievements and its never a stressful dropoff. Our daughter is thriving and happy to attend each day in the kindergarten room and is excited even to attend early for breakfast. We especially like the onsite cooked meals and updates about student learning and school readiness. We would recommend this centre.
