The entire team is dedicated and passionate, but I must give special mention to Emma, Andrea, and Julie, who made a significant impact on our family’s experience. Both Emma and Andrea’s leadership fostered a nurturing environment, and Julie’s kindness and attention to detail have made us feel valued and supported throughout our journey. What truly stood out was the strong bonds my children formed with the educators, which made their time at Penguin Childcare truly special. The centre’s facilities were well-maintained, and the daily care provided was invaluable for their development. I highly recommend Penguin Childcare to any family seeking a warm and supportive environment. Thank you, Emma, Andrea, Julie, and the entire Penguin team!

The environment is warm, welcoming, and feels just like home. The staff is not only highly skilled but also incredibly loving and attentive. They genuinely care for each child as if they were their own, always ensuring that every little need is met with kindness and patience. The educators go above and beyond to make sure my child feels safe, loved, and supported. They have created a nurturing environment where my child thrives emotionally, socially, and intellectually. The activities are fun and educational, promoting creativity, learning, and independence in a way that's suited to each child’s pace. What stands out the most is how the staff take the time to build strong, trusting relationships with both the children and the parents. I feel completely comfortable leaving my child in their care, knowing they're in good hands. Their open communication and regular updates about my child's day give me peace of mind. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my child is treated like family!

We have spent the last 5 years as part of the Penguin family and I cannot express my gratitude towards the management (Andrea,... We have spent the last 5 years as part of the Penguin family and I cannot express my gratitude towards the management (Andrea, Emma and Julie) and the amazing educators enough! The first time we walked in it felt like a second home to my children and we haven’t looked back since! I have dropped my children off each day without a worry knowing they will be cared for, well fed and educated as if they are in my own care. Over the past two years we have been blessed with Erin, Casey, Anmar, Humera and Teresa who I entrusted with the care of my youngest and they have been nothing short of amazing! The demand for this centre is reflective of the quality leadership, the enthusiasm and passion of the staff and the amazing programs and facilities available. If you can get in to this centre you and your family will be truly blessed! I cannot recommend Penguin Caroline Springs highly enough.

I have been going to this centre for over 6 years between my kids. I chose them as they felt like one big... I have been going to this centre for over 6 years between my kids. I chose them as they felt like one big family and had educators who actually had a genuine passion for working with the kids, something that’s not as common as you would think. That has remained true all this time. I couldn’t be happier with the way they respect my children and make them feel included every day. Thank you for taking such great care of my girls
