Very happy with Emerald World of Learning. We have had 3 children attend full time with 2 still attending. All the staff are... Very happy with Emerald World of Learning. We have had 3 children attend full time with 2 still attending. All the staff are always welcoming & professional. I had a very hard time leaving my children when I didnt have a choice but to go back to work. But the staffs friendly welcoming faces each morning and the kids big smiles in the afternoon have helped me so much. I look at the ladies as my kids 2nd mums when I have to go to work.When our youngest child gave us all a very big medical care, the staff were straight onto it while waiting for medical help which i can not thank them enough. Current managment decorate to the event days which I love, it creates a conversation with our children about those days and what we are celebrating.

I have used different childcare services with my 3 children and I can confidently say that Crestwood World of Learning is my favourite.... I have used different childcare services with my 3 children and I can confidently say that Crestwood World of Learning is my favourite. The environment is clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly, kind, patient, thoughtful and attentive to the needs of the children. There are so many nice things about this centre but what I like most is that they take a personal interest in the children and adapt the care they provide to the needs of the children. For me, as a mother, it doesn't get much better than that. My mind is always at rest knowing my child is well looked after. It is simply an amazing place and I highly recommend it.

Ms. Cindy from Kangaroo’s Room strikes a great balance between being firm and compassionate. She sets clear boundaries while offering kindness, patience, and encouragement, creating a secure environment where children can thrive. My son is her fan! Ms. Nahrin and Ms. Lin are both lovable and welcoming, always with smiles on their faces. They are caring, kind, and make everyone feel valued. Their nurturing approach fosters a positive and safe environment for the children. Ms. Nagham from Koala’s Room is equally caring and kind. My daughter just loves her! Overall, I feel comfortable knowing my kids are in the right hands and well looked after.

A heartfelt thank you to Miss Cam, Miss Dunia, and Miss Linda in the nursery room for their care and dedication. Additionally, I truly appreciate Miss Adela, the centre manager, for her warm welcomes every morning, and Miss Oi for preparing delicious meals every day.

His educators Miss Cam, Miss Dunia and Miss Linda are very lovely and caring and helped him settle in when he first started. All of the other educators and helpers that I see are also very friendly and lovely. Miss Adela the manager is very involved and responsive. My son loves seeing her everyday.
